Delivery

Deliveries are conducted on the date specified in your order, subject to availability and any specific time slots chosen at checkout (if available). We aim to deliver within agreed timescales, however delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or force majeure events. Payments

Cancellations and Amendments

All amendments should be communicated as soon as possible to avoid complications. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate amendments but cannot guarantee such changes after order processing has commenced.

If you are entitled to a refund following a valid cancellation, we will process your refund as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day on which we accept that you are entitled to a refund.

Quality and Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our flowers or products, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Where flowers are received damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, we may request photographic evidence for quality control purposes. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, credit note, or full/partial refund, in accordance with your statutory rights. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns may not always be possible unless the goods are proven to have been faulty or not as described.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete contact, recipient and delivery information.
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive delivery or authorising safe place instructions, where required.
  • Reviewing your order confirmation and contacting us promptly about any discrepancies.
  • Ensuring payment details provided are correct and valid upon ordering.

Liability
